A fifth-round pick in 2001, Bannister started only four games as a receiver, catching nine passes for 121 yards and a touchdown, but those numbers don’t begin to describe his impact as a special teams player. Over four seasons in Seattle, Bannister recorded 49 special teams tackles, including 19 in 2003 on his way to Pro-Bowl honors.
