Yarno, a Spokane native and standout at the University of Idaho, was selected by the Seattle Seahawks in the fourth round of the 1977 NFL Draft. Yarno spent his entire six-year NFL career with the Seahawks, playing in 74 games and starting at center for five of those seasons.
