Playing his first four seasons in the NFL with the Seahawks, Kitna was a captain, and two-time Seahawks Man of the Year nominee. He played in 39 games as a Seahawk, and then went on to play for the Bengals (five seasons), Lions (three seasons) and the Cowboys (two seasons).
