Julian Peterson signed with the Seahawks before the start of the 2006 season after playing his first six seasons in San Francisco. The former first-round pick out of Michigan State made a strong impact on the Seattle defense as he had 24.5 sacks, including a career high of 10 in 2006, during his three year tenure. Peterson was named to three consecutive Pro-Bowls while playing in Seattle. He would go on to play two seasons in Detroit following his departure from Seattle before retiring after the 2010 season.
