Kerney played in the league for 11 seasons and finished his career with his last three seasons as a Seahawk. In his first season with the Seahawks, his ninth in the NFL, Kerney earned his second Pro Bowl and his first AP All-Pro nod. During his three seasons with Seattle, no other Seahawks defender had more sacks than Kerney’s 24.5. He was also the Seahawks 2008 Man of the Year nominee.
