The Seahawks’ first pick in the 1994 draft, Adams appeared in 89 games over six seasons with the Seahawks, starting 66 games. Adams became a full-time starter in 1996, recording 12.5 sacks while scoring a pair of defensive touchdowns over the next two seasons.  

Adams then signed with the Ravens, earning Pro-Bowl honors in 2020 and 2021 while a part of a dominant defense that won a Super Bowl title.
